Hi there, I’m Jody. I’m a Certified Midlife Coach helping women thrive through menopause and the midlife transitions nobody warned us about.
My Journey
My own journey into personal growth started with a simple question: What am I really capable of?
Over the years, I’ve been a fitness instructor, financial advisor, entrepreneur, operations leader, podcaster, and now a coach.
On paper, those careers don’t seem connected.
But underneath every one of them was the same passion: helping people build lives that actually fit who they are.
Like so many women, I’ve navigated burnout, changing identities, entrepreneurship, motherhood, and eventually menopause.
Midlife has challenged me, stretched me, and changed me in ways I never expected.
And honestly…I’m still becoming.
I’m not here to pretend I have life perfectly figured out. I’m in it too… learning, evolving, and becoming a new version of myself right alongside the women I coach.
My job is to help you cut through the noise, trust yourself again, and create a next chapter that feels more like you.
